Hey Everyone! I hope you are all having a good week. The other day I posted about Kim Kardashian's Makeup Artist Mario Dedivanovic and his favorite Sigma Brushes. If you missed it, you can still take a look at the post I did here.
Today I want to tell you guys about one of my favorite brush sets from Sigma. They recently came out with a set of travel brushes called the Mrs. Bunny set. The difference with these brushes compared to Sigma's other travel kits is that they are Vegan meaning they do not use real animal hair.
The Brushes in this kit are the:
Pencil - E30 Precise application of color on the crease, outer corner, upper and lower lash line.
Tapered Blending - E40 Rounded and tapered top. Specially designed to apply and blend color on the crease.
Eye Shading - E55 Soft and dense with a rounded finish. Can be used to apply pressed or loose eye shadows and pigments.
Small Angle - E65 Essential for the application of gel or cream eye liner on the upper and lower lash line.
Large Powder - F30 Very dense with a rounded top. Ideal to apply powder products on face and body.
Large Angled Contour - F40 The angled shape makes this brush ideal to apply blush or contour shades.
Foundation - F60 Can be used to apply liquid or cream foundation. Recommended to apply moisturizers and conceal large areas.
What I love about these brushes is that they have the Sigmax HD fibers meaning that they guarantee a more precise application. These brushes are very precise and I feel like the make-up doesn't get lost down inside the bristles.
I also love the brushes in this kit, it is everything I would need going overnight or taking a weekend away. The light blue and baby pink is an adorable combination.

Have a great day!!

FTC: These brushes were sent by PR. I was not paid for this review. I only write about products I truly love and my opinions are always completely honest.
Hi Guys! I love makeup brushes. I don't know what I ever did without them. Well, I do know...I did poor makeup without them. When people ask me if they are necessary I say, " would a painter paint without his brushes?" I feel like it's the same thing...you need your tools to make it look professional!
On that note, I found out about a good deal. Sigma has their travel brush sets with 7 brushes and a case for $49 dollars. That is a GREAT deal. Normally they are $59 and I think it's worth that also, but right now you can get them for 10 dollars less. Here is that link. http://www.sigmabeauty.com/?Click=202 It ends March 11th so in 2 days!!!!
The other thing I have for you all today is a little tip. I know people say this one over and over but it means more than you think. SMILE.
I cannot even tell you how a smile from a customer at work makes my day. Or, a smile from a stranger. It could be anyone, but a smile goes a very long way. :) I challenge you, smile at everyone you come in contact with . :)

Hey Beautiful Readers, I hope you are all having a wonderful week. I have so many "best of" products from November that I feel like I must break up my posts a little bit in order to share everything with all of you.
Here's my plan; I am going to be doing a couple, "Best of Beauty for November" blogs this week. Each will include 2 or 3 things that I have been using all the time, recently discovered or just really loving from the month of November. So each post will be reviews on a couple of amazing products! Also, these are all going to be things that I think would make GREAT CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY gifts or stocking stuffers! Let's get started.....
If you don't know already, I am a HUGE fan of SIGMA. Sigma is a beauty brand based out of Minneapolis that has an AMAZING line of brushes at affordable prices. They also have various cosmetic bags, mirrors and other little things. Naturally, since they are based on of Minneapolis, I LOVE them. And, I want to keep you guys all updated on their fabulous products and recent launches.
Recently they came out with SigMAX brushes. They were designed to give a flawless buffing effect which results in a High Definition makeup look. There are 3 of these brushes. A flat top , rounded top and slanted top. These brushes are quality, quality, quality. They are so tightly packed, and cashmere SOFT. The other amazing thing is that you can get all 3 off these brushes together for $42!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These are seriously an amazing deal for quality brushes.
I've been using these brushes almost everyday. The flat top brush is wonderful for buffing in liquid foundation! If you are looking for a gift for the "girl who already has it all", I'm sure she'd love these brushes. You can never have enough makeup brushes. Right???
And, you can't beat $42 for the three brushes you're getting here. For more information and to see these brushes closer up go to : http://www.sigmabeauty.com/?Click=202
Another tool I love that would make wonderful holiday gift is the Sultra "Bombshell". The Bombshell is a 1" curling iron. You can create waves or curls you want with NO crease lines because this has no regular curling iron clamp. It consists of a smooth rod barrel that uses ceramic technology. A heat resistant pad for your counter top and safety gloves are included with the bombshell. Take a look at the Sultra website: http://www.sultra.com.
The "Bombshell" curling Iron was featured in the November 2010 Instyle Magazine that had Rachel McAdams on the cover!
Stay tuned in for tomorrow's post I have to talk about a moisturizer I love, and some hair extensions!
Any questions about these products I showed today or anything else, leave in the comment section below!
FTC Man: These are 100 % honest reviews. I was sent these products on a try for possible review basis but I am not being paid.
Thanks for reading guys!!
Hey Guys! How important it is to use makeup brushes? Are they important? Can I just use my fingers...or a sponge or one of those little spongy eyeshadow applicator thingy's. These are questions I actually get all the time. The Importance of Makeup Brushes. And, which ones are worth buying??
Here's my answer:
There are many different companies that make makeup brushes but, we will get to that later. The first and foremost important thing to know is that Makeup Brushes MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE when doing your makeup. I think that they are essential if you want a more well blended, professional, flawless looking finish.
Many people say, "My makeup doesn't look like yours", "I can't get mine to look the way I want", or just in general, "I'm not good at makeup". My opinion is that if you have a good set of makeup brushes and you are using them, you will get better results.
Synthetic or real hair...doesn't matter. Whatever you like better. Quality is Important though. How the brush is made and the cost of the brush usually play a big part in a good makeup brush.
Here are some brands that are known for quality and some price ranges for the thrifty to the spendy.
Sonia Kashuk Brushes : These brushes are sold at all TARGET stores. They are good quality and made for the everyday woman to the experienced makeup artist. I have a set that has sleek white handles and here are some of the photos I have of these brushes. You can find just about every style brush you're looking for with the Sonia Kashuk Brand. They are well made and soft. These brushes range from about $4.99 a piece to $9.99.
They are definitely worth checking out if you want some quality brushes that won't break the bank.
